Beginner fasting: How to intermittent fast

Are you ready to start fasting, but don’t know where to begin?

If you’re new to fasting, the idea of a multi-day fast can feel daunting. But you don’t need to dive into the deep end -- just take it slow! Intermittent fasting is going to train the metabolic state of your body, allowing you to ease into longer fasting periods over time.

What is intermittent fasting? It’s when you eat all of your meals within an eating window each day. The shorter your eating window, the more benefits you will gain from the fasting state.

In this video, I explain how to begin intermittent fasting, how to eat well during your eating window, and I discuss the common questions and issues I come across on this topic.
