MEET DR. REBECCA
Dr. Rebecca's focus is to help women reclaim their health and live the life they were intended. No matter what your health history, she knows the body is created to heal and when given the right tools, you can always improve. Dr. Rebecca has over a decade and a half of experience on hormone health due to her own health struggles before she became a doctor. At 19, she underwent a thyroidectomy and high dose radiation for a cancer whose treatments were far worse than had she left the cancer alone. She has devoted her professional career to developing a natural, holistic approach to correcting women’s thyroid and hormone imbalances. Her approach to thyroid health is simple but powerful: get to the cause, then support the body to heal itself. She personally understands that the thyroid doesn’t work on its own, so when the thyroid is off, it not only affects the entire endocrine system, but all systems within the body.

WEEK 1 | UNDERSTANDING YOUR LAB WORK
The program begins with a full understanding of how to interpret your labs so that you understand what is going on in your body. We will also discuss how to track different changes within your body on a daily basis, what it means, and what to do about it. (Note that all participants will need to have acquired the Basic Wellness Panel for Women within 30 days of the program start date; this is so that you have the right labs for your health when going over the information.)
WEEK 2 | FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION
Food is a basic foundation to allow the body to function and heal how it was created to. But there are benefits to utilizing different food choices when it comes to achieving health goals. During this week we will address how to eat for a woman's metabolism, how to burn fat, eat for sex hormones, thyroid hormones, and weight loss, how to know when your body is ready for a change, and how to change the right way. The purpose of this week is practical information on how to succeed in changing your habits. We’ll also go over favorite brands, how to save money when eating healthier, and different ways to shop.
WEEK 3 | ENVIRONMENTAL TOXINS
There are many hidden toxins around our homes that are huge endocrine disruptors. In week 3, we go over different ares to detox in the home, beginning first with what is top priority to switch out, then working our way down. This spans the areas of cleaning products, makeup and personal care products, cooling products, and food storage.
WEEK 4 | FASTING
Fasting resets autoimmune thyroiditis, the immune system, and the gut microbiome. It triggers autophagy and stem cell generation, repairs DNA, optimizes hormones, and increases insulin sensitivity. In short, it’s a powerful tool for healing your body. In week 4, we discuss each of these benefits, and how you can maximize the benefits of fasting in your own daily routine. We will discuss daily intermittent fasting, dinner-to-dinner fasting, and longer block fasting. We will also be completing a group fast together, under Dr. Rebecca's guidance.
WEEK 5 | SUPPLEMENTATION AND DETOXIFICATION
This week, we discuss how to utilize supplements to support the thyroid. We go over the most commonly recommended supplements, how to use them, and when to stop them. This week also includes a discussion on how to complete beginner through advanced detoxification protocols, and what you should do long-term.
WEEK 6 | LAB WORK CHECK IN
This week reviews updated lab work to discuss the changes since the beginning of the program. We go over how to understand what these changes mean and next steps to continue seeing improvements in lab deficiencies. As a bonus topic, we will also discuss cycle tracking for menstruating women.

"My story began in 2017, when I decided to get off the birth control pill. My husband and I were having more conversations about starting a family and I never had felt completely “normal” during the 6 years I was on the pill.
