Upon purchasing, a member of our team will reach out to you within one business day to schedule your initial consult and provide more information on what information is required prior to the appointment date. Please note that appointments are typically scheduled 2-4 weeks out, and paperwork and any lab work that you may have is required prior to the date of the consult. Failure to submit all required documents ahead of time may result in the consult being rescheduled. 

Refund policy: This purchase may be refunded up to 7 days prior to the scheduled consult date. 

Rescheduling policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable. You may reschedule your consult one time without penalty. After the first time, no refund will be given.
