If you purchase the consultation, then once the results are received, a member of our team will reach out to you to schedule your initial consult and provide more information on what information is required prior to the appointment date. Please note that appointments are typically scheduled 2-4 weeks out, and paperwork and any additional lab work or test results that you may have are required prior to the date of the consult. Failure to submit all required documents ahead of time may result in the consult being rescheduled.
