The purchase of this panel does not include a functional wellness consultation. You must add the consult to your purchase if you would like the doctor to review results with you. 

Upon purchasing the panel, we will e-mail you a pre-paid requisition form. You will then schedule an appointment at your nearest LabCorp, which you can do at labcorp.com. Bring the requisition form to the appointment. Overnight fasting is required. 

Results are typically available about a week after the blood draw, and results will be e-mailed to you upon receipt at our office. 

If you also purchase a consultation, then once the lab results are received, a member of our team will reach out to you within one business day to schedule your initial consult and provide more information on what information is required prior to the appointment date. Please note that appointments are typically scheduled 3-4 weeks out, and paperwork and any additional lab work or test results that you may have are required prior to the date of the consult. Failure to submit all required documents ahead of time may result in the consult being rescheduled. 

Refund policy: Once you receive your requisition form, this purchase cannot be refunded.
